Attire and Safety Requirements

Appropriate Attire: Members must wear appropriate clothing to training sessions, including tracksuits, leggings, shorts, t-shirts, or leotards. Jeans, skirts, and loose or baggy clothing are not permitted.

Hair and Jewelry: For safety reasons, all members with long hair must tie it back during classes. Jewelry must not be worn during training sessions.

Belongings: Gymnasts and their parents are responsible for ensuring that all personal belongings are collected after each class.

Term Fees and Membership

Fee Structure: Fees paid secure a place for your child in the class, irrespective of attendance. Refunds are not available for missed classes.

Payment Schedule: Term fee details can be obtained from our coaches. All fees must be paid one week (7 days) prior to the start of the next term.

No Fees, No Train Policy: Timely payment is crucial; failure to pay fees on time will result in suspension from classes.

Membership Renewal:

Members must notify us at least 7 days before the beginning of a new term if they do not wish to renew their membership. Failure to do so will result in the deletion of your details from our system.

Agreement to Terms: By registering a child at IfitWestCork Gymnastics, or by adding a child’s name to our Online Waiting List, you agree to adhere to these rules and regulations.
